CelesTE (Celestial Theomorphic devicE) is a device resembling the statue of an angel on the top of a ionic column. It was developed within the EU-Japan Horizon 2020 project "e-ViTA".

Its main function is to be a companion to elderly people, and this is done by bringing comfort through Catholic contents.

CelesTE has been tested with end-users through the efforts of CARITAS and Siegen University (Germany), INRCA in Ancona (Italy), and Broca Living Lab in Paris (France).
